On the day

The Program 

We open the Circle with ceremonial cacao and sharing intentions.

We will then land into the body and explore movement, through the senses, and the circle formation. 

This is the first part of

"Dance of the Elements" led by Nina will lead you on a journey of different moods where and soma and breath unite in order for your energy to awaken and dance you, implementing ceremony and ritual. Following "Unlock your Mystery" led by Nicole will lead us into a more inward journey of stillness, unwinding and safe container to just Be with what is vibrating within us, through a heartfelt Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation!

 *The ceremony will be accompanied by the majestic sounds of the handpan and the beautiful presence of Alexandros! The handpan has been designed after years of research into percussion instruments. There are a number of notes and tone fields around the surface giving rise to different quality sounds. The sound produced with a handpan is very warm and softer than all other percussion instruments. Due to the richness of the sound produced, it has a healing effect upon the mind and the body.

On the Day:

Dress for Ceremony so as you feel free, comfortable, unique, beautiful and divine

Dance barefoot

Bring Journal and a showl, of something to cover yourself

Be open and hold space for yourself and others in this sacred container for release and healing.
