The CSC Empowerment Day will be a great opportunity for everyone to join our community in our first event of the year and no matter your skill level, to experience Hatha Yoga at the beautiful location of Aelia Wellness Retreat Hotel.
Grab your families and friends and join us for an inspiring morning at a unique location and enjoy a unique blend of Pranayama and Meditation and life coaching. Â At the end of the event you will be served healthy and delicious breakfast. And who knows.... strangers may become workout buddies.
