We will take you on a journey of different moods and emotional colours in order for your energy to awaken and dance you, instead of you dancing your body. Come as you are, dance as you are. All of you is welcome and held here ALLoveIt.
Soma and Breath unite with music in a magical 90minute journey of motion and stillness. We will elevate our energy and close with a beautiful yin relaxation and meditation.

Dance barefoot
Dress comfortably and bring something warm for the end
