Flows of Intimacy

Intimacy is the natural connection that happens when a person is sincerely opening to another one.

In that moment all layers fall and there’s a flow of energy streaming from heart to heart.

But for that to happen naturally we must prepare the field. We must, on the first instance, allow ourselves to be in touch with our own flow. In other words, we must learn to be intimate with ourselves.

Indeed, the word “intimacy” originally means something that is deep inside. Its opposite is something superficial.

To be intimate with someone (even with ourselves) means to share our own depth, our most vulnerable side, with them. It’s taking the risk to be seen straight in our soul.

But it’s also knowing that there’s no risk because our soul can’t be harmed. It’s only our personality that can feel the pain. Therefore, sincere intimacy is riskless and enriches our experience.

But before we arrive at that point we may walk a path of doubts, fears and pain. These are feelings coming from all the layers that we crystallize over years of conditioning. However, once we feel the flavor of true intimacy, we will understand that it was totally worth it.

There’s no better feeling than feeling intimately connected with someone. Once we feel that we can decide how we want to manifest it.

Therefore, we don’t NEED to be se⤧ual, but we can CHOOSE to, following our authentic flow.

In this workshop you will be guided into a journey of authentic, sincere connection.

This is not only about connecting with others, but especially connecting with yourself, with your soul and feeling liberated.

During this journey you will experience different stages, from emotional to physical connection.

We will provide you with a container where you can safely explore your own inner spaces and share it with others.

Our intention is that at the end of it you will feel more open and confident to express yourself for who you truly are. We want you to be able to establish a deep connection with who you feel like.
