Give all your attention, your love, your dedication, your curiosity, your vulnerability, and your bravery yo yourself
As you move through the yoga postures, keep coming back to your self. Stay connected to the most important person in that moment
And remind yourself over and over again: I am here, I care, and I promise to come back.
