Hot Yogasthenics every Wednesday 19:30 - 20:30
A combination of the most beneficial asanas of Hot Yoga and asanas focused strenghtening the core! An amazing heated environment requiring mental and physical strength (sthenos) and concentration! Sculpt and refine your body and mind.
Yoga Nidra every Friday 19:30 - 20:00
30' Minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 4 hours of deep sleep!
If you know/experienced yoga Nidra before you do not need any explanation! If not, we cannot recommend it enough! A deep esoteric surrendering into a dreamless sleep! Able to replenish your energy storage in every level of your being, reduce stress and reprogram your mind!
In Deep Relaxation, one is able to access the subconscious mind and consciously affect a positive change, create healing, and reverse any negative conditioning.
tip: you can combine our friday’s yoga nidra with our vinyasa flow before for a round up 90 minute total practise or simply join for the yoga nidra 30 minute session to release of the stress of the week(and beyond)
