About The Event
In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next.
In the pace of your own breath, the breath becomes the metronome in which the mind is focused upon, the body gets in tune with its own rhythm and the whole practice becomes a meditation in motion.
This class is followed twice a month by a 30minute yoga nidra, when the body after releasing the tension in the vinyasa sequence relaxes completely in guided savasana.
